Waldemar Borgoras was a Russian anthropologist who was the first person to record an EVP while studying the Chuckchee Tribe in Northern Siberia.

Included in this lecture are the EVP's he recorded, the methodology behind the recordings, and his decriptions of the Shaman of the Chuckchee Tribe and how they summoned both human and non-human spirits in his presence.
